Why can I not see any new functions after I have done the Magimix Cook Expert Software Update?

I followed the entire process but nothing happened.

• Perhaps you didn’t press the right buttons.
• Press the two black end buttons under the STOP button.
• At the same time, turn the base on (using the switch located behind the machine). 
• Keep pressing the buttons until the update has finished and you can see the new menu on the screen. This may take up to 1 minute.
