If your food processor is not working, the blade is not spinning, or will not start, first make sure that you have your XL pusher inserted in the lid up to the MAX line.
If the XL pusher is inserted but the food processor is still not running, do the pencil test before getting in contact with Magimix.
The pencil test helps us determine if in fact there is an issue with the motor. Watch the video on how to do the pencil test below:
