Why don’t all the items in my bundle arrive together?
Bundles are often shipped as separate, individual parcels due to the way Australia Post processes and handles deliveries. While we send out all parts of your order at the same time, Australia Post may sort and deliver them on different schedules, which can result in items arriving on separate days.
How can I track the delivery of all items?
You will receive a single tracking number for your entire order, even if the items are shipped in separate parcels. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of each parcel as it moves through Australia Post’s system. Simply use this tracking number on the Australia Post tracking page to stay updated on your delivery.
What should I do if I experience delays or missing items?
If some items from your bundle haven’t arrived yet, we recommend waiting a little longer as they may still be in transit. If you suspect an item is missing or have concerns about delivery delays, please contact Australia Post directly.
