- Remove the seal and check that there is no damage to the inside of the lid.
- If your lid is damaged in any way, contact Magimix Customer Service by completing the Contact Us form https://support.magimix.com.au/hc/en-au/requests/new
- Check that the seal is not damaged. If the seal is damaged, you may purchase a replacement part here.
- If neither the lid nor seal is damaged, replace the Cook Expert glass lid seal checking that it is properly slotted in the rim.
- Please note that if you are heating milk, reduce the amount (milk can easily boil over, just as it does in a saucepan).
