How do I clean the T190 Slicer?
- Unplug & Reset: Turn off the slicer, unplug it from the outlet, and ensure the thickness control dial is set to 0.
- Disassemble: Unlock and remove the food carriage and collecting tray.
- Remove Blade: Using a coin or flat object like a screwdriver, unscrew the central blade protection screw and carefully remove the blade.
- Wash: Wash the blade, tray, and carriage in warm, soapy water using a sponge or dishwashing brush.
- Wipe Base: Wipe down the durable metal body with a damp sponge. Never submerge the slicer unit in water.
- Reassemble: Dry all parts thoroughly before refitting. Ensure the blade retaining screw is tightened by hand until flush.
